How it Works?
Personal training at CrossFit Exit 19 is all about you—your goals, your fitness level, and your progress. When you sign up, we’ll start with a comprehensive assessment to understand where you're at and what you want to achieve.
From there, your coach will design a personalized program that’s tailored to your needs, whether you're looking to build muscle, improve endurance, or work on mobility.
Each session is one-on-one with your coach, ensuring you get expert guidance, proper technique instruction, and motivation every step of the way. Your coach will track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and provide the accountability you need to stay on track.
